In the past month, I worked closely with Bill on two rental properties in The Mission and Noe Valley. Even though the negotiations and lease signing didn't work out in the end for external reasons, Bill was professional throughout the process, and he gave me good advice while I was looking for additional co-signers and roommates. I enjoyed working with Bill, and if I happen to come across another property that he is leasing and / or selling in the future that I would personally be interested in, I would gladly work closely with Bill again.
He's a nice guy and is willing to answer most questions by e-mail, by phone and in-person. I would recommend working with Bill because his client first attitude does shine through in his work ethic in representing both property owner and prospective tenants whenever possible, in trying to make deals work to the best of his efforts. Lastly, Bill makes good videos on YouTube showing real estate that he is representing; I found his videos useful in helping prospective co-signers and roommates get a good approximate idea what the properties are like, before seeing them in person.

Aaron Gordon Construction Inc Review
I hired Aaron to renovate my bathroom, after reading the terrific reviews on yelp and after really liking his direct, honest style. I had already interviewed many contractors and didn't really feel comfortable trusting the job to any of them, but Aaron felt very different.
My trust turned out to be well placed. Aaron did a terrific job -- the quality of the work, his attention to detail, and his honesty were all superb. (He also uses very skilled craftspeople -- the tile guy, the electrician, and the plumber were all excellent.) While he and his crew were starting the bathroom job in November 2010, we found significant structural problems with the house and hired Aaron to do the work. He brought in a terrific structural engineer and did excellent work. It was a really stressful project and working with Aaron made it far less so.
He is incredibly responsible, totally honest, and a delight to work with.
His prices are also very reasonable, particularly when you consider the quality of his work. In fact, the only dispute we had was when I thought I owed him a few hundred dollars for something and he showed me that I actually didn't. Now that's a contractor you can trust!

Domicile Properties Review
Where to begin. I have been procrastinating on this review for a long time, and I think it is because I am actually sad that we won't be in contact with this wonderful business on a daily basis anymore. The story:
About a month and a half ago, my wife and I decided to look into buying a house. We had not even a speck of knowledge about what this would entail, but with positive attitudes and optimism galore, we decided to call Domicile, recommended to me by a friend. From the first phone call, I knew we were in the right hands. These real estate agents know their stuff. They have vast knowledge and endless experience, and patiently explained all they could to us. They literally spent hours and hours giving us the scoop, answering questions and listening to our concerns.
It just so happens that our dream house was the very first house we looked at. Patty, Julie and Shane all took time out of their day to come and see it after I called them with out of breath excitement. They scrutinized it and used their trained eye to make sure we weren't falling in love with a money pit. After their stamp of approval, and of course after viewing a few more houses over the weekend at their suggestion, I was even more certain. Long story short (cause it is LONG), we got the house- and there were a lot of offers. Do I think we would have gotten it without Domicile on our team? Absolutely not. Am I forever grateful to them? Most definitely. And the most important question: do I feel I got a good deal on a quality house? Hell yes. Everyone always says that it is a real estate agent's job to make you feel like they are your best friend. Well, Domicile nails that, but also, they effortlessly pull off something even better. They genuinely want you to find a good, quality house. They really do want the best for you, and it shows.

I hired Richard who was referred to us by our Tax lady
Due to business tax expenses I was forced to purchase a house or give uncle same my hard earned money. :-) My wife and I decided to start looking for a home. Richard knew that we were a bit nervous and didn't really know what we were doing. He was very knowledgeable and stirred us in the right direction never ceasing to answer our tons of questions. We never once felt that he jerked our chain. He was very honest with us the whole way through the process.
Richard sent us a list of houses within our price range so that Saturday my wife and I went out to search for our new home. I ordered the list from farthest to closest. We were on our way to look at our very first house and I had passed it so my wife tells me to turn around. I drove down to the end of the street. There as I turned around we see a 'for sale by owner' sign on the corner house. My wife says, 'hey, let's go look at it'. So we get out and knock on the door. The landscaping was just beautiful. The lady showing the house opens the door and lets us in. This house was completely remodeled in the inside... hardwood floors, old world texture, blue eye granite counter tops, white berber carpet, and so on... My wife and I totally fell in love with this house. We absolutely wanted that house.
We immediately called Richard and told him. Richard drives over and meets us there and looks at the house himself. He can't believe just how beautiful it was. Richard got all the seller information from the lady who was showing the house. The very next day we wrote up and offer and presented it to the seller. The next day they accepted our offer. Within a month we were moving into that house. This could not be possible without the help of Richard. Richard had major hurdles to climb over but he made every step of the way easy and delightful. He made it happen. Literally in one month we were moving into our dream home. Thanks Richard!!!

But the story doesn't stop there. Three years later I am still in touch with Gary and am recommending him to anyone who is in the market because he still is providing me with value. When the city of SF decided last year that in the face of the worst real estate market on record, they would allow residents to petition for lowered tax assessed values, Gary got me a listing of comparable home sales in my neighborhood. I used these to successfully get my taxes reduced by a substantial amount. This year I just did the same thing and anticipate even more savings.
Gary gets it that real estate is about creating lasting relationships and providing five star service to his clients - both during and well after the transaction is done. I highly recommend him.
